On allocated Thursdays, the Overstrand Municipal Court holds a court session in Caledon to deal with cases issued in the Hangklip-Kleinmond area that have been placed on the court roll.

Previously, only cash payments were accepted during these court days. Since August 2026, an electronic paypoint has been made available, allowing members of the public to conveniently pay their Overstrand traffic and law enforcement fines.

The electronic payment facility can only be used to pay Overstrand fines.
